When we feel stressed or have an injury or an accident, it can be difficult to manoeuvre where to go and what to do in rehabilitation. We get our car fixed after a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) but what about fixing our body? We do the same job for many years and feel repetitive strain, but what about our ergonomics at work and home?
